WELCOME! our little ladies are wild caught alabama bee's. when they share their honey harvest with us, we're blessed to share their bounty with others!!
the liquid gold we offer is pure, clean and raw. we use various fine filtration processes. pesticides and heat processing are a NO NO!!! we guarantee what remains after filtration is pure, sweet, full of amino acids, antioxidants and of the highest quality standard. we test our honey to ensure it meets FDA standards of what optimal moisture content should be.

we have summer, later summer and fall honey. we also take some of our honey and infuse with herbs and flowers. below are some of our infused honey varieties.

Please note, infused honey is seasonal- typically in the summer. we use the summer variety for infusion since the summer variety its lighter. Infused honey is by request only.

bees have five eyes

honey often varies in color depending on when its harvested
earlier in the season the honey is light, more floral
later season honey is often richer and darker
